Über die Veranstaltung
In this workshop, you will:
• Learn how to prepare delicious fillings for your rolls, including sushi rice.
• Practice rolling three types of classic maki-sushi: hosomaki (thin rolls), chu-maki (medium-sized rolls) and uramaki (inside-out rolls).
• Pick up tips for beautiful presentation and serving at home.
• Enjoy a shared meal featuring the sushi we’ve made—plus authentic miso soup and a tasty Japanese salad as a bonus treat!
Bring a child free - share your sushi mat with a child (from 12 years old)!
The workshop will be held in a private studio, which is fully equipped for this cooking class.
What do I need to bring?
We take off our shoes to enter this Japanese-inspired studio. Slippers are available but please feel free to bring your own too.
