About the event

In this workshop, you will:
Learn how to chop and prepare delicious fillings for your rolls, including how to season sushi rice.
Practice rolling three types of classic maki-sushi: hosomaki (thin rolls), chu-maki (medium-sized rolls) and uramaki (inside-out rolls).
Pick up tips for beautiful presentation and serving at home.
Enjoy the fruits of our labour with a shared meal featuring the sushi we’ve made—plus authentic miso soup and a tasty Japanese salad as a bonus treat!

The workshop will be held in a welcoming home kitchen, which is fully equipped forthis cooking class.
Slippers are available but please feel free to bring your own too.
